2-Year Warranty

Every Clarably appliance is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered: faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

What's not covered: accidental damage, misuse, normal wear of consumable parts (e.g. microfibre pads, filters), and damage from unauthorised repairs.

How to claim: email Info@clarably.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 2-year legal conformity guarantee.
